<br />"(4) order the discontinuance of t,he sale <br />of liquor, wine, and beer. <br /> <br />"(5) Order the discontinuance of selling, <br />distributing, or giving away gasoline <br />or otl1cr flarnmable liquid, flammable <br />or cornbustiblc products in any container, <br />other:- than a gasoline tank properly <br />affixed to a motor vehicle. <br /> <br />"(6) Order the closing of gasoline stations <br />and othel~ establishments, the chief <br />activity of which is the sale, dist.ri- <br />bution, or dispensjng of liquid fla~nable <br />or similarly co:nbustib1e products. <br /> <br />"(7) Order the discontinuance of selling, <br />dis'cributing, dispensing, or giving <br />a\..,>ay of any fi:cearl'ls, am.1TtUnition, or <br />explosive of any charact:er whatsoever. <br /> <br />"(8) Order the closing of any and all estab- <br />lishments or portions thereof, the chief <br />activity of which is the sale, distri- <br />bution, dispensing, or giving away of <br />firearms or ammunition. <br /> <br />" (9) Order the closing of any and all estab- <br />lishments and premises where crowds <br />gather or tend to gather, including, <br />but not limited to, theaters, stadiums, <br />dance halls, gymnasiums, amusement <br />areas, etc. <br /> <br />"(10) Issue other orders relating to the closing <br />or restriction of businesses or portions <br />thereof the mere existence of which <br />would reasonably constitute a threat <br />to public safety. <br /> <br />"B. The Director of Emergency Services shall designate <br /> <br />the order of succession to that office, to take effect, in <br /> <br />the event the Director is unavailable to attend meetings <br /> <br />and otherwise perform his clu ties during an emergency. Such <br /> <br />order of succession shall be approved by the city council. <br /> <br />"c.
