<br />DES: It: 8/6/71 <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br /> <br />J 5"03 <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 28.4.1, 28.15, 28.16, <br />AND 33.33 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />RELATING TO PERMITS AND PERMIT FEES <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 28.4.1 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 28.4.1. Every application for an <br /> <br />identification permit shall be accompanied <br /> <br />by a nonrefundable processing fee of fifteen <br /> <br />dollars ." <br /> <br />SECTION 2. section 28.15 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 28.15. The police department is hereby <br /> <br />authorized to make any person applying for a <br /> <br />permit under this article display or show <br /> <br />proper credentials when representing another <br /> <br />person, corporation or institution other than <br /> <br />himself and may also take the fingerprints of <br /> <br />applicants if desired by the police department, <br /> <br />and may delay the granting of such permits for <br /> <br />a period not exceeding one week within which <br /> <br />to give the police department an opportunity <br /> <br />to check the information supplied by appli- <br /> <br />cants, as well as the applicants themselves. <br /> <br />The applicant shall pay costs incurred by the <br /> <br />city for processing fingerprints or other <br /> <br />investigative procedures required hereunder." <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AlXl 16 '1\ <br /> <br />T <br />
