<br />.-.,~ <br /> <br />of the provisions of Chapter 9 (as- amended) of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City, and the electrical <br />requirements applicable thereto of the provisions <br />of Article III of Chapter 11 (as amended) of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City. All such facilities <br />in excess of 20 feet in length shall have at least <br />two exits; and each such facility in excess of 40 <br />feet in length shall have a.1east three exits spaced <br />approximately equal distance apart: provided, however, <br />that in no case shall the distance between exits <br />exceed 20 feet. All lighting for such facilities <br />shall be of a type approved by the Fire Department <br />with regard to fire hazard requirements. <br />"I (3) At least one adult person shall be in <br />attendance at all times while fireworks sales <br />facilities are being stocked, are in operation, or <br />are b~ing dismantled. No person under the age of 16 <br />years shall be allowed to sell or dispense ~ireworks, <br />or othcD~ise work at a fireworks sales facility. <br />"I (4) "No Smoking" signs shall be prominently <br />displayed on all fireworks sales facilities. <br />" I (5) All firc'tN:J'izks sales facilities shall <br />be provided with one 2-1/2 gallon water-type fire <br />extinguisher for each 250 squ~re feet of floor <br />space or fraction thereof. All such extinguishers <br />shall be in good working order and shall be so <br />located as to be readily accessible for use in <br />case of fire. <br />"I (6) All unsold stock and accompanying <br />litter and debris, signs, and (in the case of <br /> <br />-11- <br />
