<br />be forfeited to the City as the reasonable cost to the <br /> <br />City of rernoving the matters itemized in said subsection. <br /> <br />III (f) Temporary fireworks sales pennits shall not <br /> <br />be transferable. Such permits shall not be renewable, <br /> <br />but shall be valid only for the year in which issued. <br /> <br />II I (g) The F ire Chief shall disapprove the proposed <br /> <br />location of any temporary fireworks sales facility, which, <br /> <br />in his opinion, constitutes a fire hazardi or shall <br /> <br />disapprove such location upon the recommendation of the <br /> <br />Chief of Police if, in the opinion of the Chief of <br /> <br />Police, such location will constitute a traffic hazard. <br /> <br />" I (h) <br /> <br />In addition to such other requirements or <br /> <br />._~. <br /> <br />conditions as in the opinion of the Chief are necessary <br /> <br />for the prevention of fire or the protectiort of life and <br /> <br />property, the follo....ling provisions shall apply to all <br /> <br />retail operations permitted by temporary f irevmrks <br /> <br />sales permits: <br /> <br />"I (1) Fireworks sales facilities sha1'1 be <br /> <br />located on property cleared of all combustible <br /> <br />materials for a minimum distance of 25 feet surrounding <br /> <br />such facilities. No such facilities shall be located <br /> <br />within 25 feet of any service station; nor within <br /> <br />25 feet of anyone location where more than four <br /> <br />motor vehicles are stored or parked adjacent to, or <br /> <br />in close proximity to one another. All fireworks <br /> <br />sales facilities shall conform to the requirements <br /> <br />of Ordinance No. 1130, as amended, the Zoning <br /> <br />Ordinance of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />" I (2) All fireworks sales facilities shall <br /> <br />meet the building requirements applicable thereto <br /> <br />-10- <br /> <br />T"" , <br />
