<br />including loss of life and loss of use of property, <br /> <br /> <br />which shall or may result from or be caused by the opera- <br /> <br /> <br />tion proposed to be permitted, or any negligence on <br /> <br /> <br />the part of the applicant, or the applicant's agents, <br /> <br /> <br />servants, or employees in conducting such operation, <br /> <br /> <br />or a certificate evidencing the carrying of appropriate <br /> <br /> <br />public_li.J.bility insurance for the b(:nefit of the <br /> <br /> <br />applicant and the applicant's agents, servants and <br /> <br /> <br />employees as evidence of ability to respond in damages <br /> <br /> <br />in at least such amount, said insurance likewise to be <br /> <br /> <br />approved by the city. The minimum amounts of coverage <br /> <br /> <br />of such bond or insurance sha 11 be as follO\'ls: <br /> <br />.-.... <br /> <br />(1) for persona 1 injury or death: $100,000 for each person <br />and $300,000 for each occurance; (2) for property damage: <br />$ 50,000 aggrega1..-:e; provided, however, that the Chief <br />may require greater amounts of coverage where the <br />circumstances, in i:he opinion of the Chief, involve <br />greater than ordinary risk to person or property. <br />III (e) Applications for temporary fireworks sales <br />permits shall be made to the Fire Department on or before <br />the 15th day of June of the year for which application to <br />sell is made. At the time of the application, the <br />applicant for such permit permitting sales at retail <br />shall deposit with the City Collector the sum of $50 <br />which sum shall be refunded to the applicant upon <br />(1) denial of the application, or (2) compliance with <br />the provisions of subsection (g) (6) hereof relating to <br />the removal of unsold stock, litter, and structures. <br />In the event a permittee fails to comply with the require- <br />ments of said subsection (g) (6), the aforesaid sum shall <br /> <br />-9- <br /> <br />T'" ' <br />
