<br />SECTION 3. Said district is hereby established and declared <br /> <br />formed, and designated as "UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 69-1." <br /> <br />SECTION 4. The boundaries of the district are hereby fixed <br /> <br />and determined to be as set forth and described in "Exhibit A," <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein. Reference is hereby <br /> <br />made to the map of said district boundaries as shown on "Exhibit B," <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein, for a general description <br /> <br />of the district. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Pursuant to Section 11.45(c) of the Code of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, the time within which poles and overhead <br /> <br />wires and associated overhead structures shall be removed from <br /> <br />all streets, alleys or ways is hereby fixed as <br /> <br />150 calendar <br /> <br />days from the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Pursuant to Section 11.45(d) of the Code of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, the time within which all affected <br /> <br />property owners must provide for service from underground facilities <br /> <br />150 calendar days from the effective date of this <br /> <br />is fixed as <br /> <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. The following specific utility facilities may <br /> <br />be located above ground within the district, and constitute <br /> <br />exceptions to the requirements of the district: <br /> <br />(a) Poles, overhead wires and associated overhead <br />structures used for the transmission of electric <br />energy of 60,000 volts and located in the vicinity <br />of the intersection of Valota Road with Woodside Road, <br />and at the intersection of Nimitz Avenue with Woodside <br />Road. <br /> <br />(b) Poles, overhead wires and associated overheaa <br />structures used for the transmission of electric <br />energy of 60,000 volts, parallel to, and along the <br />easterly line of, Woodside Road and between the <br />intersection of Alameda de las pulgas with Woodside <br />Road and Churchill Avenue with Woodside Road, together <br />with such poles, wires and structures crossing said <br />Woodside Road at the intersection thereof with said <br />Alameda de las pulgas. <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />T <br />
