SECTION 3. Said district is hereby established and declared formed, and designated as "UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 69-1." SECTION 4. The boundaries of the district are hereby fixed and determined to be as set forth and described in "Exhibit A," attached hereto and incorporated herein. Reference is hereby made to the map of said district boundaries as shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and incorporated herein, for a general description of the district. SECTION 5. Pursuant to Section 11.45(c) of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the time within which poles and overhead wires and associated overhead structures shall be removed from all streets, alleys or ways is hereby fixed as 150 calendar days from the effective date of this ordinance. SECTION 6. Pursuant to Section 11.45(d) of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the time within which all affected property owners must provide for service from underground facilities 150 calendar days from the effective date of this is fixed as ordinance. SECTION 7. The following specific utility facilities may be located above ground within the district, and constitute exceptions to the requirements of the district: (a) Poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures used for the transmission of electric energy of 60,000 volts and located in the vicinity of the intersection of Valota Road with Woodside Road, and at the intersection of Nimitz Avenue with Woodside Road. (b) Poles, overhead wires and associated overheaa structures used for the transmission of electric energy of 60,000 volts, parallel to, and along the easterly line of, Woodside Road and between the intersection of Alameda de las pulgas with Woodside Road and Churchill Avenue with Woodside Road, together with such poles, wires and structures crossing said Woodside Road at the intersection thereof with said Alameda de las pulgas. -3- T
