BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION l-100DSIDE RO^D UNDERGROUNDING UTIl.ITY DISTRICT 69-1 That boundary, enclosing certain parcels of land \lithin the " CORPORATE LIMITS OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, and certain parcels of land within the unincorporated area of SAN }~TEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, all of which parcels are adjacent to Woodside Road, between Cypress Street on the North and Churchill Avenue on the South, said boundary being more particularly described as follows~, BEGINNING at a point which is the intersection of the center- line of Locust Street, 45.00 feet in width, and the southwesterly prolongation of the northwesterly line of Block H as shown on that certain map entitled "l-lap of Boyd and Kent's Additi.on, Redwood City, California", filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California in Volume 3 of Maps at Page 66, June 12, 1905; THENCE southeasterly along said centerline of Locust Street, South 510 48' 15" East, a distance of 225 feet,more or less, to its intersection with the centerline of Hemlock Avenue, 50.00 feet in width; THENCE southwesterly along said centerline of Hemlock Avenue South 330 05' 44" \vest, a distance of 345 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the centerline of Cypress Avenue, 45.00 feet in width; THENCE southeasterly along said centerline of Cypress Avenue, South 510 48' 15" East, a distance of 35 feet, more or less; THENCE leaving said centerline South 330 OS' 44" West, a distance of 123 feet, more or less, along the southeasterly line of Lots 1 and 2, Block E of said subdivision, to the most southerly corner of said Lot 2; THENCE South 510 48' 15" East, a distance of 50 feet, more or less, to the most easterly corner of Lot 4, Block E, of said subdivision, said corner also being a point in the westerly line of Ash Street (formerly Ivy Street) 40.00 feet in width; - 1 - EXHIBIT A -r-.. . .---.. ..
