<br />. II (a) Any such proclamation, rule, regulation, or <br /> <br /> <br />order promulgated pursuant to the authority conferred by <br /> <br /> <br />this chapter shall be in force and effect from the time <br /> <br /> <br />of promulgation and until amended or repealed by the <br /> <br /> <br />director, or assistant director, or until repealed by the <br /> <br />city Council. <br /> <br /> <br />II (b) l>.ny conditions or activities conducted or <br /> <br /> <br />maintained contrary to such proclamations, rules, regulations, <br /> <br /> <br />or orders are public nuisances. <br /> <br /> <br />II (c) All such proclamations, rules, regulations, and <br /> <br /> <br />orders, other than the closing of public ways under <br /> <br />Section 10.14, shall be in wri ti.ng and shall be available <br /> <br /> <br />for public inspection at the place and during the hours <br /> <br />fixed by the director. <br /> <br /> <br />.. (d) Persons going to or corning from or attending to <br /> <br /> <br />any public utility, health or disaster or emergency service <br /> <br /> <br />or duly authorized by any news service, newspaper, radio, <br /> <br /> <br />or television, or netvlOrk to gather or report the news, <br /> <br /> <br />shall not be subject to any curfew ordered under this <br /> <br /> <br />chapter. <br /> <br />II (e) This chapter shall not be construed so as to <br /> <br /> <br />conflict with any state or Federal statute, rule, regulation, <br /> <br /> <br />or order relating to conditions in the City during the <br /> <br /> <br />effectiveness of said proclamations or orders." <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 7. section 10.16 is hereby added to the Code of <br /> <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, to read as follows: <br /> <br />IISection 10.16 It shall be a misdemeanor for any <br /> <br /> <br />person during a disaster: <br /> <br />..
