<br />within the limits of General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />as said district was established by Resolution No. 4274 adopted <br />by the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 4, 1964, to- <br />gether with all territory thereafter annexed thereto, as said <br />value has been established in accordance with Ordinance No. <br />1290, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on <br />January 30, 1967. <br />SECTION 3. BASIC TAX RATE. The total tax rate for the <br />fiscal year July l, 1969-June 30, 1970, upon each One Hundred <br />Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable property within <br />the territorial limits of the City of Redwood City, as said <br />limits existed on the first Monday of March, 1969, excepting <br />and excluding all property situated within the following annexed <br />territories: Leslie Annexation No.1, annexed to said City <br />by Ordinance No. 939 on August 14, 1959j Leslie Annexation No. <br />2, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 940 on August 14, 1959; <br />and Leslie Annexation No.3, annexed to said City by Ordinance <br />No. 94l on August 14, 1959j Edgewood Hills Annexation, annexed <br />to said City by Ordinance No. 1245 on July 7, 1966j Sequoia <br />Hospital Annexation, annexed to said City by Resolution No. 5321 <br />on March 29, 1967; Canyon Road Annexation No.1, annexed to said <br />City by Ordinance No. 1271 on October 28, 1966j Toyon Annexation, <br />annexed to said City by Ordinance No. l26l on September 12, 1966; <br />and Piombo Annexation, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. l2l3 <br />on October 22, 1965j and also excluding all taxable property <br />included within the limits of Parking District No. 1 as established <br />by Resolution No. 1808, adopted by the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City on December 20, 1954, together with all territory <br />thereafter annexed thereto; for all purposes be and the same <br />is hereby fixed and levied at $1.6802. <br /> <br />-7- <br /> <br />r .- <br />
