SECTION 4. TAX RATE, ANNEXED AREAS, NO CONSENT TO TAXATION. The total tax rate for the fiscal year July 1, 1969- June 30, 1970, upon each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable property in Leslie Annexation No.1, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 939 on August 14, 1959; Leslie Annexation No.2, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 940 on August l4, 1959~ Leslie Annexation No.3, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 941 on August 14, 1959~ Edgewood Hills Annexation, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. l245 on July 7, 1966~ Sequoia Hospital Annexation, annexed to said City by Resolution No. 5321 on March 29, 1967~ Canyon Road Annexation No.1, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 1271 on October 28, 1966; Toyon Annexation, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 1261 on September l2, 1966; and piombo Annexation, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 1213 on October 22, 1965; excepting and excluding all property situate in General Improve- ment District No. 1-64 as said district was established by Resolution No. 4274 adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 4, 1964, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto; for all purposes be and the same is hereby fixed and levied at $1.6652. SECTION 5. TAX RATE, DISTRICTS. (a) The total tax rate for the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970, upon each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable real property within Parking District No. 1 as established by Re- solution No. l808, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood city on December 20, 1954, and as confirmed by Resolution No. 1827, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 7, 1955, for all purposes, including the payment of bond interest and redemption of municipal improvement bonds, Series 55-l, be and the same is hereby fixed and levied at $2.1802 and the total tax rate for all other taxable property within -8-
