Uninhabited Territory; Describing Said Territory and Designating it by the Name 'Edgewood Road Annexation No.2'; Making Certain Findings Respecting Said Proceedings; and Giving Notice of the Time and Place Said Council Will Hear Protests to Said Annexation," wherein it gave notice of said proposed annexation, described said territory and designated it by the above mentioned name, made certain findings respecting said proposal and gave notice of the time and place said Council would hear protests thereto; and (3) That less than twelve registered voters resided within said territory at the time the above mentioned resolution was adopted by this Council; and (4) That the City Clerk has caused a copy of said Resolution No. 6006 to be published in the manner and within the time required by law, and has also caused written notice of such proposed annex- ation to be mailed to all persons or bodies to whom such notice is required by law'to be given; all in the manner and time required by law; and (5) That this Council did in said Resolution No. 6006 set and designate July 21, 1969, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood city, San Mateo County, California, as the day, hour, and place when and where said Council would hear protests against said annexation; and (6) That none of the territory within the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed is owned by a junior college district; and WHEREAS, this Council adjourned for lack of a-quorum on said July 21, 1969, continuing said hearing to July 28, 1969, at 7:30 p.m. Veterans Memorial Building, 1455 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, California, and duly met and convened at said time and place for the purpose of hearing and passing upon all protests to said proposed annexation, and also at the time(s) and place(s) to which -2-
