<br />Uninhabited Territory; Describing Said Territory and Designating <br />it by the Name 'Edgewood Road Annexation No.2'; Making Certain <br />Findings Respecting Said Proceedings; and Giving Notice of the <br />Time and Place Said Council Will Hear Protests to Said Annexation," <br />wherein it gave notice of said proposed annexation, described said <br />territory and designated it by the above mentioned name, made <br />certain findings respecting said proposal and gave notice of the <br />time and place said Council would hear protests thereto; and <br />(3) That less than twelve registered voters resided within <br />said territory at the time the above mentioned resolution was <br />adopted by this Council; and <br />(4) That the City Clerk has caused a copy of said Resolution <br />No. 6006 to be published in the manner and within the time required <br />by law, and has also caused written notice of such proposed annex- <br />ation to be mailed to all persons or bodies to whom such notice <br />is required by law'to be given; all in the manner and time required <br />by law; and <br />(5) That this Council did in said Resolution No. 6006 set <br />and designate July 21, 1969, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the <br />Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, <br />Redwood city, San Mateo County, California, as the day, hour, and <br />place when and where said Council would hear protests against said <br />annexation; and <br />(6) That none of the territory within the boundaries of <br />the territory proposed to be annexed is owned by a junior college <br />district; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council adjourned for lack of a-quorum on said <br />July 21, 1969, continuing said hearing to July 28, 1969, at 7:30 p.m. <br />Veterans Memorial Building, 1455 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, <br />California, and duly met and convened at said time and place for <br />the purpose of hearing and passing upon all protests to said <br />proposed annexation, and also at the time(s) and place(s) to which <br /> <br />-2- <br />
