<br />a connection fee shall be paid for such additional dwelling <br />units in accordance with subdivision (b) or (c) of Section <br />27.60. The fee payable shall be computed on the basis of <br />the total number of dwelling units existing and proposed, <br />less the fee which would be payable on the existing units <br />if constructed alone. <br />"(b) In the event additional plumbing fixtures are to <br />be installed in an exist.ing structure or an existing structure <br />is to be enlarged or expanded, or an additional st~lcture <br />is to be constructed in connection with any commercial, <br />industrial, institutional or other nonresidential activity <br />and is to be served by an existing sewer connection, a <br />connection fee shall be paid for the additional gross floor <br />area or additional fixtures as follows: $10 for each <br />additional 1,000 square feet (or fraction thereof) i $5 for <br />each additional fixture unit." <br />SECTION ~!. Article VII of Chapter 27 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City is hereby added to said Code to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />"Article VII. Sewer Fund. <br /> <br /> <br />"section 27.70 A special fund to be known as the <br /> <br /> <br />Sewer Fund is hereby established. All revenues arising <br /> <br />from the imposition of the charges and fees provided in <br /> <br /> <br />this Chapter 27 shall be deposited ln the Sewer Fund. Such <br /> <br /> <br />revenues shall be expended solely for the following purposes <br /> <br /> <br />related to the sewer service areas (as those areas are <br /> <br /> <br />designated in ~27.2.1) from which such revenues are derived, <br /> <br /> <br />provided, however, that Areas A and C may be deemed one <br /> <br /> <br />area for purposes of this section: <br /> <br />-10-. <br /> <br />T <br />
