In the event thal:. certain proposed ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Amending Section 2.34, Repealing Sections 2.35 and 2.41.7, Repealing Articles I, II and III, and Adding Articles I, II, III and IV to, Chapter 38 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, Relating' to Water Meter Service Charges, Water Service Connection Fees, and the Deposit of Revenues Therefrom," is not adopted by the Council of the city of Redwood City or does not become effective, section 2.34 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as .follows: "Section 2.34. In addition to the funds established in this article, reference is made to the following provisions of this Code: "(a) Section 16.3 - Library Fund. "(b) Section 27.70 - Sewer Fund." SECTION 2. Sections 27.18 and 27.64 of the Code of the City of Redwood City are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Section 27.2.1 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby added to said Code to read as follows: "Section 27.2.1 For the purposes of this Chapter 27, the following sewer service areas are established, and all premises served by the sewer facilities owned or operated by the City of Redwood City shall be located in such areas: "(a) Area A: All premises located within t.he Ci'cy of Redwood City and not locatec. wjthin Area B shall be included in Area A.
