<br />General Improvement Di.strict No. 1-'-64, <br />a general improvement district duly <br />organized and existing under the Redwood <br />City General Improvement District <br />Ordinance (being Ordinance No. 1128, <br />adopted March 9, 1964, as amended), and <br />all territory annexed to said District <br />shall be included in Area B. <br /> <br />~(c) Area C: All premises located outside the City of <br />Redwood City shall be included in Area C." <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Section 27.12 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 27.12 <br /> <br />The following monthly charges are <br /> <br />hereby established and levied upon all premises which are <br /> <br />situate within service areas A and B of the City and which <br /> <br />are receiving sewage service by direct connection to sewer <br /> <br />facilities which are owned by and under the jurisdiction <br /> <br />of the City: <br /> <br />"(a) Residential Charge: Each separat.e private <br />residential dv,relling unit or premise situat.e <br />in Area A, $1.85 per month. Each separate <br />private residcntial d\..'elling unit or premise <br />si tUB te in Area B, $ 3.70 per month. <br /> <br />"(b) Nonresident.ial Charge: Each premise situate <br />within the corporate limits of the City of Redwood <br />City devoted to other than private residential <br />dwelling use shall pay a monthly charge based <br />upon the number of cubic feet of effluent or <br />waste matter deposited monthly in the sewer <br />facilities of the City in accordance with the <br />following cumulative schedule: provided, however, <br />that in no case shall the charge for nonresidential <br />premises be less than $1.85 per month in Area A <br />or less than $3.70 per month in Area B: <br /> <br />" (1) <br /> <br />$0.1342 per 100 cubic feet for the first <br />121,143 cubic feet per month deposited in <br />excess of 857 cubic feet. <br /> <br />II (2) <br /> <br />$0.1290 per 100 cubic feet for the next <br />268,000 cubic feet per month deposited in <br />excess of 122,000 cubic feet. <br /> <br />" (3) <br /> <br />$0.0860 per 100 cubic feet for the next <br />167,000 cubic feet per month deposited in <br />excess of 390,000 cubic f0ct. <br /> <br />" (4) <br /> <br />$0.0646 per 100 cubic feet for all in <br />excess of 557,000 cubic feet per month." <br /> <br />-3- <br />
