<br />units for plumbing fixtures not included in <br />table number 4.1 shall be based upon the size <br />of the fixture's drainage piping in accordance <br />with the following table: <br /> <br />Pipe Diameter <br /> <br />Units <br /> <br />1-1/4 inches <br /> <br />. . . . . 1 <br /> <br />1-1/2 inches <br /> <br />. 3 <br /> <br />2 inches . <br /> <br />.........4 <br /> <br />3 inches . <br /> <br />. . 6 <br /> <br />4 inches . <br /> <br />. . 8 <br /> <br />Where drainage piping exceeds four inches in <br />diameter, the Building Inspector shall determine <br />the number of units based upon the discharge <br />capacity of the piping. <br /> <br />" (e) <br /> <br />No plumbing permit and no building permit <br />involving t.he installation of plumbing facil- <br />ities shall be issued by the Building Inspector <br />until the applicable fees provided in t"J:1is <br />Section 27.60 have been paid or otherwise <br />provided for." <br /> <br />SEC1'ION 9. <br /> <br />section 27.61 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"section 27.61 <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />In the event the City constructs <br /> <br />or causes the construction of any public sewer from monies <br /> <br />in the Sewer Fund or f~om any general funds of the City <br /> <br />(including t.he proceeds of any bond issue for which the <br /> <br />general credit of the City is obligated), an additional fee <br /> <br />in the amount of Five Hundred Fifty Dollars ($550.00) shall <br /> <br />be paid for each connection to that portion of the sewer <br /> <br />system; provided, that in any case where the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works determines that any sewer line, or segment <br /> <br />thereof, constnlcted under this section after July 1, 1966, <br /> <br />will benefit and serve properties abutting on one side of <br /> <br />that sewer only, Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($950.00) shall <br /> <br />be paid for each connection to that portion of the City's <br /> <br />sewer system. This section shall not be applicable to <br /> <br />-8- <br />
