<br />Making Certain Findings Respecting said Proceedings: and Giving <br /> <br /> <br />Notice of the Time and Place said Council will Hear Protests to <br /> <br />said Annexation," wherein it gave notice of said proposed annex- <br /> <br /> <br />ation, described said territory and designated it by the above <br /> <br /> <br />mentioned name, made certain findings respecting said proposal <br /> <br /> <br />and gave notice of the time and place said Council would hear pro- <br /> <br /> <br />tests thereto: and <br /> <br /> <br />(3) That less than twelve registered voters resided within <br /> <br /> <br />said territory at the time the above mentioned resolution was <br /> <br /> <br />adopted by this Council: and <br /> <br /> <br />(4) That the City Clerk has caused a copy of said Reso- <br /> <br /> <br />lution No. 5872 to be published in the manner and within the <br /> <br /> <br />time required by law, and has also caused written notice of <br /> <br /> <br />such proposed annexation to be mailed to all persons or bodies <br /> <br /> <br />to whom such notice is required by law to be given: all in the <br /> <br /> <br />manner and time required by law: and <br /> <br />(5) That this Council did in said Resolution No. 5872 <br /> <br /> <br />set and designate February 17, 1969, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., <br /> <br /> <br />in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Re- <br /> <br /> <br />cords, Redwood City, San Mateo County, california, as the day, <br /> <br />hour, and place when and where said Council would hear protests <br /> <br /> <br />against said annexation: and <br /> <br /> <br />(G) That none of the territory within the boundaries <br /> <br /> <br />of the territory proposed to be annexed is owned by a junior <br /> <br /> <br />college district; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council duly met and convened at said time <br /> <br /> <br />and place for the purpose of hearing and passing upon all <br /> <br /> <br />protests to said proposed annexation, and also at the time (8) <br /> <br /> <br />and place (s) to which such hearing was continued, and did at <br /> <br />- 2 - <br /> <br />T <br />
