The Appendix <br /> <br />thereto is specifically adopted and shall be enforceable <br /> <br />to the same extent as if contained in the body of said <br /> <br />Code. <br /> <br />II (b) <br /> <br />In the event of any conflict between the <br /> <br />provisions of the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1967 Edition, <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as the Plumbing Code, and the <br /> <br />provisions of this chapter, the provisions of this chapter <br /> <br />shall apply. <br /> <br />"Section 9.81 <br /> <br />Whenever the Council shall have found <br /> <br />and determined by resolution that a state of emergency <br /> <br />exists by reason of which the public safety and welfare <br /> <br />require the use of pluwbing fixtures, materials, appliances <br /> <br />-18- <br />
