<br />"Whenever in any of the codes adopted in this chapter <br /> <br /> <br />the term Board of Appeals is used, it shall mean the Board <br /> <br /> <br />of Building Review. <br /> <br /> <br />"Whenever in any of the codes adopted in this chapter <br /> <br /> <br />the term Health Officer is used, it shall mean the authorized <br /> <br /> <br />representative of the San Mateo County Department of Health <br /> <br /> <br />and Welfare. <br /> <br /> <br />"Section 9.2 Copies of each publication adopted in <br /> <br /> <br />this chapter shall be kept on file in the office of the <br /> <br /> <br />Building Inspector and shall be there available for public <br /> <br /> <br />inspection. <br /> <br /> <br />"In addition, three copies of each publication adopted <br /> <br /> <br />by Section 9.40 are and shall be at all times kept on file <br /> <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk and shall be there available <br /> <br /> <br />for public inspection. The Clerk shall maintain a reasonable <br /> <br /> <br />supply of copies thereof available for purchase by the public <br /> <br />at the actual cost thereof to the City. <br /> <br /> <br />"Section 9.3 It shall be unlawful for any person to <br /> <br /> <br />erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, <br /> <br />remove, convert, demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain <br /> <br />any building or structure in the City or cause the same to <br /> <br /> <br />be done contrary to or in violation of any code provision <br /> <br /> <br />as adopted by this chapter or any amendment thereto as <br /> <br /> <br />adopted by this chapter. <br /> <br /> <br />"Any person violating any of the provisions of such <br /> <br />codes or amendments shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, <br /> <br /> <br />and each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate <br /> <br /> <br />offense for each and every day or portion thereof during <br /> <br /> <br />which any violation of any of the provisions of such codes <br /> <br /> <br />or amendments is committed, continued or permitted, and <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />yo <br />
