The Board of Building <br /> <br />Review Iuay, at its discretion, permit the appellant or any <br /> <br />other interested person to appear and make oral comments <br /> <br />and recommendations on the subject matter of the appeal. <br /> <br />"(d) All determinations shall be adopted by motion. <br /> <br />Copies of the motion shall be transmitted in writing to the <br /> <br />Building Inspector and to the person appealing. The Building <br /> <br />Inspector shall permanently maintain a copy of each deter- <br /> <br />mination for public inspection. All determinations shall <br /> <br />be final and shall be binding upon the Building Inspector." <br /> <br />SECTION 11.
