<br />"Upon giving notice as required herein, the Building <br />Inspector shall file an affidavit with the City Clerk, <br />certifying to the time and manner in which the same was <br />done. He shall also file therewith any receipt card which <br />may have been mailed back to him in acknowledgment of the <br />receipt of such notice by registered mail, providing he <br />mailed such notice in addition to posting the same." <br />SECTION 6. section 9.15 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 9.15 The provisions of this article shall <br />be construed as an alternative procedure to the procedure <br />for the elimination of unsafe buildings set forth in <br />Section 203 of the Building Code adopted by Section 9.40." <br />SECTION 7. Article III (commencing at ~9.l6) is hereby <br />added to Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"ARTICLE III. FIRE ZONES. <br />II Section 9.16 All of the City is hereby declared to <br />be, and is established as, a fire district, consisting of <br />fire zones 1, 2 and 3. <br />IISection 9.17 Fire Zones No.1 and No.2 shall be <br />as established by Ordinance No. 623, together with all <br />amendments which have heretofore been made or may hereafter <br />be made to Ordinance No. 623. <br />II Copies of said map and all amendments thereto shall <br />be kept available for public inspection in the office of <br />the City Clerk, the Fire Department and the Building Department. <br />"Section 9.18 Fire Zone No.3 shall consist of all <br />portions of the City not included by ordinance within Fire <br />Zones No.1 and No.2.
