<br />15) PROGRAM REQUIREMENT - Lessee shall file with Lessor at least ten (10) days prior to holding the event
<br />for which this lease is issued a full and detailed outline of all facilities required, all stage requirements, and
<br />such other information as may be required by Lessor concerning such event.
<br />
<br />16) COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS - Lessee shall comply with all laws of the United States, of the State of Cali-
<br />fornia and all reasonable rules and regulations established by Lessor.
<br />
<br />17) LICENSES & PERMITS - Lessor shall obtain all permits and/or licenses required by the laws, ordinances
<br />and rules and regulations mentioned herein, including, if applicable all necessary permit(s) to sell alcoholic
<br />beverages on the premises.
<br />
<br />18) SIGNS AND POSTERS - Lessee shall not do, or permit to be done, upon the Premises anything that will
<br />tend to injure, mar or in any manner deface the Premises and will not drive or install or permit to be driven or
<br />installed any nails, hooks, tacks, or screws into any part of the Premises, and will not make or allow to be
<br />made any alterations of whatsoever kind to the Premises or any equipment or facilities thereof. Lessee shall
<br />not post or exhibit or allow to be posted or exhibited any signs, advertisements, show bills, lithographs, posters
<br />or cards of any description on any part of the Premises, and Lessee will use, post or exhibit only signs, adver-
<br />tisements, show bills, lithographs, posters or cards upon said billboards as related to the performance or exhi-
<br />bition to be given in the Premises under this permit that meet the approval of Lessor, which approval shall not
<br />be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
<br />
<br />19) SEATING - Lessee shall not permit to be sold or distributed, tickets, passes, or invitations in excess of the
<br />maximum capacity (240) of the facility or facilities hereinabove described.
<br />
<br />20) CONCESSIONS- Lessor shall dispense during said event and for Lessee's guests all beverages, through
<br />Lessor's bar facility. Said beverages shall consist of bottled water, fountain sodas, beer and wine, and well
<br />drinks. Lessee shall not pay for all beverages consumed (no-host bar). Lessee shall have the right to serve
<br />food at this event at its own expense for all labor and material. Lessee shall take full responsibility to clean up
<br />all food concessions facilities.
<br />
<br />21) MARQUEE - Lessee shall have the right to 1-sided marquee mention of its event for no less than 24 hours
<br />prior to each event. Marquee will be maintained and mention installed by Lessor at its costs. Lessee under-
<br />stands and agrees that it may share the limited marquee space with other events to be held during the 24-hour
<br />period of Lessee's mention and that its marquee mention may have to be an abbreviated version.
<br />
<br />22) BROADCASTING - No performance or event presented in the Fox Theatre shall be broadcast or televised,
<br />or in any manner recorded for reproduction, without the written consent of Lessor, and then only upon the ex-
<br />press condition that all expenses pertaining thereto will be paid in advance by Lessee. Such expenses shall
<br />include, but not be limited to, all seats removed from public sale by camera positions, union reproduction fees.
<br />Lessee shall make every effort to give the Fox Theatre recognition in credits of said event, performance, video
<br />or filmed production. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessee shall be permitted to produce video recordings for
<br />archival and publicity purposes and for provisions of copies to performers and staff. Lessor may not record in
<br />any manner any part or parts of the production, performers, staff without prior written approval of Lessee's
<br />Authorized Representative.
<br />
<br />23) PHOTOGRAPHY - No photos shall be taken of Lessee's production, choreography, artistic or staff person-
<br />nel by any person at any time without the prior written permission of Lessee's Authorized Representative.
<br />Content of photos or likenesses remain the exclusive intellectual property of Lessee and shall not be printed,
<br />distributed or reproduced in any manner including, without limitation, electronic media, without the prior written
<br />consent of Lessee's Authorized Representative.
<br />
<br />24) STORAGE - In the receipt, handling, care or custody of property of any kind shipped or otherwise delivered
<br />to the Little Fox, either prior to, during or subsequent to the use of the Little Fox, by Lessee, Broadway Enter-
<br />tainment, LLC and its officers, agents and employees shall act solely for the accommodation of Lessee; and
<br />neither Broadway Entertainment, LLC nor its officers, agents, or employees shall be liable for any loss, dam-
<br />age, or injury to such property.
