<br />2/13/68 Rev. <br /> <br />the City as a permanent record, and the other copy shall <br /> <br /> <br />be returned to the payee together with the City's warrant <br /> <br /> <br />issued pursuant to said request. A copy of each such <br /> <br /> <br />request, produced by a suitable copying process, shall be <br /> <br /> <br />delivered to each member of the Council prior to submission <br /> <br /> <br />thereof to the Council for approval. <br /> <br /> <br />"Section 2.27.5 Each item of expense for which funds <br /> <br /> <br />are advanced or reimbursed under Section 2.~7.2 hereof shall <br /> <br /> <br />be accounted for by receipt, voucher, or other appropriate <br /> <br /> <br />document within 30 days of the date upon which such expense <br /> <br /> <br />was incurredi provided, however, that any item of such <br /> <br /> <br />expense less than Ten Dollars need not be so accounted for, <br /> <br /> <br />and provided, further, that such receipt, voucher, or other <br /> <br /> <br />appropriate document shall be required in accounting for <br /> <br /> <br />hotel or other living accommodation expenses, and trans- <br /> <br /> <br />portation expenses (excluding transportation by private <br /> <br /> <br />conveyance) to and from the destination requiring such <br /> <br /> <br />travel, regardless of the amount of such expense.1I <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
