<br />Council of the City of Redwood City Giving Notice of, and <br />Declaring its Intention to, Initiate on its own Motion <br />Proceedings to Annex to said City Certain Uninhabited <br />Territory; Describing said Territory and Designating it <br />by the Name I CA~rON ROAD ~NNBXATION NO.2 <br />I: Giving its Reasons for Desiring <br />said Annexation; Making Certain Findings Respecting said <br />Proceedings; and Giving Notice of the Time and Place said <br />Council will Hear Protests to said Annexation," wherein <br />it gave notice of said proposed annexation, describ~d said <br />territory and designated it by the above mentioned name, <br />made certain findings respecting said proposal and gave <br />notice of the time and place said council would hear pro- <br />tests thereto; and <br />(3) That less than twelve registered voters resided <br />within said territory at the time the above mentioned <br />resolution was adopted by this Council; and <br />(4) That the City Clerk has caused a copy of said Reso- <br />lution No. 5518 to be published in the manner and within <br />the time required by law, and has also caused written notice <br />of such proposed annexation to be mailed to all persons or <br />bodies to whom such notiee is required by law to be given; <br />all in the manner and time required by law; and <br />(5) That this Council did in said Resolution No. 5518 <br />set and designate December 18 , 19~, at the hour of 7:30 <br />p.m., in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice <br />and Records, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, as <br />the day, hour, and place when and where said Council would <br />hear protests against said annexation; and <br /> <br />- 2 - <br /> <br />T <br />
