<br />SECTION 9. ANNUAL REPORT. For the purpose of fixing the <br /> <br />annual franchise fee due and for compiling information for <br /> <br />periodic ra.te revie\'/s, the grantee shall file with the City <br /> <br />Manager '~m 'annual report on forms as required and supplied by <br /> <br />the City Manager which may be in substantially the same form <br /> <br />as'annual reports required to be filed with the California <br /> <br />Public utilities Commission by telephone utilities. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. EFFECTIVE AND OPERATIVE DATES. This ordinance <br /> <br /> <br />shall be effective 30 days after its adoption. Sections 1 through <br /> <br />9 of this ordinance shall be operative on its effective date or <br /> <br /> <br />upon acceptance of the franchise by grantee as hereunder provided, <br /> <br />whichever is later. In the event the grantee fails to execute <br /> <br />the written acceptance hereof within 90 days after adoption of <br /> <br />this ordinance, this franchise shall not become effective. <br /> <br />SEC~ION ll. Ordinance No. 1305, adopted April 3, 1967, <br /> <br />entitled IIAn Ordinance Awarding Non-exclusive Franchise to <br /> <br />Construct, Operate and Maintain a Community Antenna Television <br /> <br />System within the City of Redwood City to Redwood City CATV Inc; <br /> <br />and, Establishing Certain Conditions Therefor," and Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 1307, adopted April 3, 1967, entitled "Ordinance Amending <br /> <br />Sections 3 and 7 of Ordinance No. 1305 Relating to the Charges <br /> <br />and Rates Established for CAT System Franchise," are hereby <br /> <br /> <br />repealed. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br />\. <br /> <br />T <br />
