<br />by Ordinance No. 1271 on October 28, 1966; Toyon Annexation, annexed <br />to said City by Ordinance No. 1261 on September 12, 1966; and Piombo <br />Annexation, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 1213 on October 22, <br />1965; and also excluding all taxable property included within the <br />the limits of Parking District No. 1 as established by Resolution <br />No. 1808, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on <br />December 20, 1954, together with all territory thereafter annexed <br />thereto; for all purposes be and the same is hereby fixed and levied <br />at $1.6272. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. TAX RATE, ANNEXED AREAS, NO CONSENT TO TAXATION. <br />The total tax rate for the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968, <br />upon each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable <br />property in Leslie Annexation No.1, annexed to said City by <br />Ordinance No. 939 on August 14, 1959; Leslie Annexation No.2, <br />annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 940 on August 14, 1959, <br />Leslie Annexation No.3, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 941 <br />on August 14, 1959; Edgewood Hills Annexation, annexed to said <br />City by Ordinance No. 1245 on July 7, 1966; Sequoia Hospital <br />Annexation, annexed to said City by Resolution No. 5321 on March 29, <br />1967; Canyon Road Annexation No.1, annexed to said City by Ordinance <br />No. 1271 on October 28, 1966; Toyon Annexation, annexed to said City <br />by Ordinance No. 1261 on september 12, 1966; and Piombo Annexation, <br />annexed to said City by Ordinance No. l2l3 on october 22, 1965; <br />excepting and excluding all property situare in General Improvement <br />District No. 1-64 as said district was established by Resolution <br />No. 4274 adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on <br />May 4, 1964, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto; <br />for all purposes be and the same is hereby fixed and levied at <br />$l.6l27. <br /> <br />- 7 - <br /> <br />~ <br />
