<br />SECTION 5. TAX RATE, DISTRICTS. (a) The total tax rate for <br />the fiscal year July 1, ~967-June 30, 1968, upon each One Hundred <br />Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable real property within <br />Parking District No. 1 as established by Resolution No. 1808, <br />adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood city on December 20, <br />1954, and as confirmed by Resolution No. l827, adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City on February 7, 1955, for all <br />purposes, including the payment of bond interest and redemption of <br />municipal improvement bonds, Series 55-1, be and the same is hereby <br />fixed and levied at $2.1272 and the total tax rate for all other <br />taxable property within said District is hereby fixed and levied <br />at $1.6272. <br />(b) The total tax for the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, <br />1968, on property within General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />shall be established as the combined taxes fixed by Section 4, <br />above, and subsections (h), (i) and (j) of Section 2 above. <br />(c) No tax is levied for the following General Improvement <br />Districts: (i) General Improvement District No. 1-65 as said <br />district was established by Resolution No. 4589, adopted March 15, <br />1965: (ii) General Improvement District No. 2-65 as said district <br />was established by Resolution No. 4591, adopted March 15, 1965; <br />(iii) General Improvement District No. 3-65 as said district was <br />established by Resolution No. 4593, adopted March 15, 1965. <br />SECTION 6. REPEAL. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br />conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 7. SEVERABILITY. If any section, sentence, clause <br />or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, <br />and the City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted <br /> <br />- 8 - <br />
