abovementioned budget fo::.- the fiscal year July '1, 1967-June 30, 1968, as approved herein, or in the Charter, ordinances, or resolutions of the City of Redwood City, or by general law, or by oD1er legal obligation, are hereby ordered transferred to the General Fund of the City of, Rec1\'.TOo(~ City for the fiscal year July l, lS67-June 30, 1968. The sum of Eighty-seven Thousand, Five Hundred and OO/lOO ($87,500.00) is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Sales Tax capital Outlay Fund to the General Fund for expenditure during the fiscal year, 1967-1968. The provisions of this section shall be deemed to be an amendment of Section 32.8 of the Code of the City of Redwood City for the fiscal year 1967-1968 only. SECTION 7. REPEAL. Ordinance No. 1249 adopted June 27, 1966, and all ordinances amending said Ordinance No. l249, and all resOlutions authorizing or revising appropriations mentioned therein, and all ordinances in conflict with the terms of this ordinance to the extent of such conflict, are hereby repealed, effective July l, 1967. SECTION 8. BUDGETS :F'OEGENERc-\.L IMPROVEMENT DISTIUCTS No. 1-64, No. 1-65, No. 2-65 and No. 3-65. There are hereby adopted as the budgets for General Improvement Districts No. 1-64, No. l-65, No. ~-65,and No. 3-65, the budgets certified by the Ci -ty Cler:: and Ci-i:y Hanager, and so designated and in- cluded in the general City Budget adopted by paragraph 1 of -this ordinance. SECTION 9. EFFECTIVE DATE fu~D OPE?ATIVE DATE. In accordance wi th Sec.t ion 51. 5 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, this ordinance shall be effective imrnediately upon final adoption thereof by the Council of the city of Rec.wood City; provided, however, that no section, paragraph, term, clause and provision hereof shall become operative until July 1, 1967. * * * -4- ..
