<br />sales by religious, fraternal, charitable, or other <br />organizations when the entire net proceeds of the sale <br /> <br /> <br />will be used for charitable purposes. <br /> <br /> <br />(e) The provisions of this section shall not apply <br /> <br /> <br />to buildings or facilities within a municipal park or <br /> <br /> <br />recreation area which are not open to the general public <br /> <br /> <br />and have been rented or otherwise reserved for a private <br /> <br /> <br />activity. <br /> <br /> <br />(f) The issuance of one permit shall not be deemed <br /> <br /> <br />to require the issuance of additional permits, it being <br /> <br /> <br />the intention of this Council to restrict and limit the <br /> <br /> <br />amount of commercial activity permitted in parks and <br /> <br /> <br />recreation areas. <br /> <br /> <br />(g) The issuance of a concessions permit shall not <br /> <br /> <br />relieve the permittee from complying with all applicable <br /> <br /> <br />laws and securing all necessary permits and licenses <br /> <br /> <br />otherwise required. <br /> <br /> <br />(h) Any permit issued may be terminated at the <br /> <br /> <br />will of the City Manager and shall not be deemed to <br /> <br /> <br />create any vested right in the permittee to continue <br /> <br /> <br />his sales activity in a public park or recreation area. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
