Article VI, commencing with Section 32.191, is <br /> <br />hereby added to Chapter 32 of the Code of the city of Redwood <br /> <br />City, to read as follows: <br /> <br />"ARTICLE VI. <br />"Admissions Taxes <br />"Division 1. Purpose and Definiti(:ms. <br /> <br />"Section 32.l91 <br /> <br />The purpose of this article is to <br /> <br />provide for the establishment and levying of. license taxes <br /> <br />for carrying on theatrical, amusement and similar entertain- <br /> <br />ment businesses and occupations within the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />"Division 2. License Taxes." <br /> <br />SECTION 4. If any section, sub-section, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held to <br /> <br />-31- <br />
