Base mapping (if desired as a separate submittal). <br />3. Pertinent calculations and correspondence. <br />4. One set of final plans on mylar signed by a registered engineer ready for bidding purposes <br />5. One set of camera ready specifications. <br />6. Electronic disk of the specifications. <br />7. The engineers estimate of probable construction costs for purposes of comparison of bids. <br /> <br />Fee and Schedule <br />Attached hereto is a bar chart schedule for completion of the design. This schedule is dependent <br />upon'. <br />1. Other designs being forwarded to Wilsey Ham in a timely manner for inclusion in the PS&E, <br /> and <br />2. No major additional work is added to this scope of work. <br /> <br />The overall time limit for development of the civil PS&E is approximately 6 months. <br /> <br />A spreadsheet is attached hereto showing the required design effort by task and by personnel. <br />Wilsey Ham's fee for the Scope of Services defined herein is estimated to be approximately <br />$117,700.00 on a time and materials basis in accordance with the attached Charge Rate Fee <br />Schedule. We will not exceed this amount without your prior authorization. <br /> <br /> Authorization <br /> Upon City Council authorization we assume you will prepare City's standard contract form for <br /> execution. We are familiar with your requirements and will forward proof of insurance upon <br /> contract execution.
