With City approval <br />of the geometrics, City can forward the layout plans to others involved in the project. <br /> <br />A submittal of PS&E will be made at the 65% completion stage for City's review. <br /> <br />A semi-final submittal will be made at the 95% completion stage. <br /> <br />With City's comments at this stage and with plans developed by others, the final 100% completion <br />will be submitted for bidding. <br /> <br />Task 9 - Bid Services <br />Wilsey Ham services provided during the bid process would consist off <br /> <br />1. Responding to Contractors inquiries on technical matters. <br />2. Preparing technical documents for addenda if required. <br />3. Participate in the pre-bid meeting. <br />4. Provide recommendation for award of contract. <br /> <br />Additional Services <br />Additional services can be provided if the City desires such. These services could include the <br />following: <br />1. Traffic signal design at the Roosevelt Avenue/Hudson Avenue intersection. <br />2. Through the use of sub-consultants, the design and coordination of the undergrounding of <br /> utility facilities. <br />3. Services during construction such as: <br /> · Technical design for change orders. <br /> · Review of Contractors submittals. <br /> · Participation in the pre-construction meeting. <br /> · Conduct site visits and prepare field reports. <br /> · Other construction work as requested by the City. <br />4.
