In accordance with our recent <br /> conversations this proposal for certain construction services is provided you for City approval. <br /> <br /> Background <br /> <br /> Wilsey Ham has prepared the plans specifications and estimate for the rehabilitation of Roosevelt <br /> Avenue from Valota Road to Hudson Street. <br /> <br /> As is usually the case, the design engineer is requested to provide engineering for support d,,rlng <br /> construction for such things as change orders which involved design and for preparation of the <br /> drawings of record (as-builts). In addition, legislation requires that the monumentation be <br /> established by the engineer and a record of survey prepared and filed. <br /> <br /> Scope of Senrices and Deliverables <br /> <br />The City is providing inspection and contract administration. The Scope of Services herein is for <br />engineering support services to the City as requested.
