Brian Lee <br /> Page 2 <br /> <br /> Task II - Drawings of Record. <br /> <br /> · Wilsey Ham will prepare the drawings of record from the contract plans as <br /> marked up by the contractor. Such marked up plans must have the data shown to <br /> accurately determine the change and the proper location. The drawings of record <br /> will be prepared by computer and will be on Mylar for the City's files. The <br /> drawings will be prepared once at the end of the project when no additional <br /> changes will be made. <br /> <br /> Task III - Monumenta6on <br /> <br /> · There are three City monuments which will be disturbed by the project Prior to <br /> construction and any likely disturbance Wilsey Ham will field locate and <br /> reference ("RP") the three existing monuments on Roosevelt Ave in accordance <br /> with State law. If necessary we will file a "comer Record" with the County <br /> showing the referenced locations. After construction is complete, utilization the <br /> prior set reference points, Wilsey Ham will reset straddlers for the reconstraction <br /> the three monuments. After others reconstruct the monuments, we will return <br /> and punch the exact monument locations, again using the above reference <br /> points. A final comer record will then be filed with the County to delineate the <br /> nature of the new monuments. We assume that all three monuments will be done <br /> at the same 6me. <br /> <br /> Fee and Schedule <br /> <br />All work will be completed within one month after completion of the project by the contractor. <br /> <br />Wilsey Ham's fee for this work will be on a time and materials basis in accordance with the attached <br />Change Rate Fee Schedule and as it may be amended. Charges will only be made for work done as <br />requested by the City. <br /> <br />For purposes of budgeting, the following amounts are suggested: (see attached spread sheet) <br /> <br /> Task 1 Services During Construction $10,000 <br /> Task 2 Drawings of Record $5,000 <br /> Task 3 Monumentation $5,000 <br /> Total $20,000 <br /> <br />For Task I no work will be done beyond the $10,000 limitation without the City's prior approval of <br />additional funding. <br /> <br /> p:\PROJECT\275-48\12-{l~-01Roosevelt Avenue Phasell - Construction Sm-dces..doc <br /> <br /> <br />
