<br />(e) The provisions of Section 54950, et seq., of <br /> <br />the Government Code relating to the conduct of regular, <br /> <br /> <br />adjourned and special meetings shall be applicable to <br /> <br />all boards and commissions. <br /> <br /> <br />(f) All members of any board or commission shall <br /> <br /> <br />serve without compensation. <br /> <br />"SECTION 2.102. In the case of a vacancy in a board <br /> <br /> <br />or commission for any cause, a successor shall be <br /> <br /> <br />appointed by the Council for the unexpired term. <br /> <br /> <br />Any member of any board or commission may be re- <br /> <br /> <br />moved at any time by the affirmative vote of five-sevenths <br /> <br /> <br />of the members of the City Council. <br /> <br />"SECTION 2.103.
