<br />with any City facilities the City may install in the future. Permittee shall relocate the <br /> <br />condenser unit and associated components within forty-five (45) days of a notice from <br /> <br />the City to Permittee, and delivered to the address above. <br /> <br />11. Notice. If any notice given pursuant to this Permit is not personally delivered to <br /> <br />Permittee, said notice shall be deemed to be delivered five (5) days after deposit of said <br /> <br />notice in a sealed envelope, postage fully prepaid, in a mailing facility regularly <br /> <br />maintained by the U.S.P.S., addressed to Permittee as follows: <br /> <br />Permittee: San Mateo County History Museum <br />Attn: <br />777 Hamilton Street <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> <br />City: City of Redwood City <br />Attn: Director of Community Development Services <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> <br />11. Assignments. <br /> <br />The permit and the privileges granted to Permittee <br /> <br />hereunder shall not be assigned by Permittee without the prior permission of City. <br /> <br />Evidenced by motion of City's City Council, duly made and carried; provided, that no <br /> <br />such assignment shall be made which would allow or permit a use of the City easement <br /> <br />different than Permittee's use thereof or for a private for-profit use. <br /> <br />12. Successors. The terms and conditions hereof shall be binding upon, and <br /> <br />the benefits hereof shall accrue to, the successors in interest of Permittee, its assigns, <br /> <br />transferees, heirs, or grantees. <br /> <br />13. Effective Date and Termination. This Permit becomes effective on the <br /> <br />date of the last signature ascribed hereto. <br /> <br />14. Acceptance. This permit shall not be effective until fully executed. <br /> <br />5 <br />
