<br />occupancy of the City Easement by Permittee. In addition to the aforesaid certificates, <br />Permittee shall file with the City Clerk endorsements: <br />(a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage of insurance before <br />the expiration of 30 days after City shall have received notification <br />thereof by first class mail from the insurance carrier; <br />(b) Naming the City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents, <br />employees and volunteers as additional insureds; <br />(c) Providing standard cross liability provisions; <br />(d) Stating that the insurance afforded thereby to City, its Council, officers, <br />boards, commissions, agents and employees shall be primary <br />insurance to the full limits of the liability of the policy, and that if City, <br />its, Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents and employees <br />have other insurance against a loss covered by such a policy, such <br />other insurance shall be excess insurance only. <br />9. Abandonment. In the event that Permittee abandons or fails to use the <br />City easement, or shall fail, neglect, or refuse to maintain the condenser unit and entire <br />encroachment area in a clean and good working condition, or to comply with any of the <br />conditions herein contained, or in the event that this permission shall be revoked, then <br />all rights of Permittee hereunder shall forthwith cease and terminate. Permittee agrees <br />to be solely responsible for all the costs associated with the safe abandonment of the <br />condenser and associated components to the satisfaction of the City. <br />10. Relocate. At the request of the City, Permittee shall realign or relocate <br />the condenser and associated components at Permittee's expense, if this unit interferes <br /> <br />4 <br />
