<br />Section 28 of Ordinance No. 1232 as amended in Section 1 <br />hereof shall be operative retroactively to January 1, <br />1966, insofar as said amendment affects all other positions <br />listed therein. <br /> <br />(d) sections 36, 37, and 38 of Ordinance No. 1232 as amended <br />in Section 1 hereof shall be operative from and including <br />July I, 1966, insofar as said amendments affect the <br />following positions: <br /> <br />(Section 36) Deputy Director of Public Works - <br />Public Services <br />Water Superintendent <br /> <br />(section 37) Deputy Director of Public Works - <br />Construction and Maintenance <br />Deputy City Engineer <br /> <br />(Section 38) Deputy Director of Public Works - <br />Engineering Design <br />Deputy Director for Engineering <br /> <br />Sections 36, 37, and 38 of Ordinance No. 1232 as amended <br />in Section 1 hereof shall be operative retroactively to <br />January 1, 1966, insofar as said amendments affect all <br />other positions listed in said amended sections 36, 37, <br />and 38. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
