<br />NOW, THEREF ORE: <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The foregoing recitals are, and each of them is, <br />true and correct and the Council so determines. <br />SECTION 2. The public necessity, health, safety and welfare <br />requires the establishment of an underground utility district to <br />accomplish the purposes set forth in Resolution No. 4913 within <br />the area described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein. <br />SECTION 3. Said district is hereby established and declared <br />formed and designated as "Underground Utility District No. 66-1.11 <br />SECTION 4. The boundaries of the district are hereby fixed <br />and determined to be as set forth and described in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein. Reference is hereby <br />made to the map of said district boundaries presently on file <br />in the office of the city Clerk, entitled "Underground Utility <br />District No. 66-1, City of Redwood City, California," and in- <br />corporated into Resolution No. 4913 for a general description <br />of the district. <br />SECTION 5. Pursuant to Section 11.45(c) of the Code of the <br />city of Redwood City, the time within which poles and overhead <br />wires and associated overhead 'structures shall be removed from <br />all streets, alleys or ways is hereby fixed as 200 calendar <br />days from the effective date of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 6. Pursuant to Section 11.45(d) of the Code of <br />the City of Redwood City, the time within which all affected <br />property owners must provide for service from underground facilities <br />is fixed as 200 calendar days from the effective date of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
