<br />SECTION 7. The following utility facility is exempted <br /> <br />from the provisions of section 6 of this ordinance: <br /> <br />Fuse and switch structure at the northwesterly <br />corner of Walnut street and Bradford street <br />serving property located at the northwesterly <br />corner of Bradford street and Na1nut street. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. From and after the time fixed by section 5 <br /> <br />of this ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any person, including <br /> <br />utility companies, to erect, maintain or operate any pole, <br /> <br />overhead wire or associated structure in any portion of any pub- <br /> <br />lic street, alley or way within Underground Utility District <br /> <br />No. 66-1. Violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor <br /> <br />punishable as provided in section 1.7 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. The City Clerk shall give notice of the adoption <br /> <br />of this ordinance as provided by section 11.47 of the Code of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and shall accompany said notice with <br /> <br />a copy of this ordinance. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
