The agreement shall be supported by a bond guaranteeing its performance. The City may require the agreement to be recorded. "Section 30.114 When a soil report has been prepared, this fact shall be noted on the final map, together with the date of the report and the name of the engineer making the report. "Section 30.115 No building permit shall be approved for construction in any subdivision, where a soil investi- gation is required by Section 30.112 of this article, until the investigation has been approved by the City Engineer and the person applying for the permit has agreed that all action recommended by the investigation shall be incorpora- ted into the construction of each structure proposed to be constructed on the expansive or other critical soil or site.
