<br />subdivider and the City that all recommended corrective <br />action will be taken prior to the construction of any <br />structures within the subdivision or such earlier time as <br />may be specified by the agreement. The agreement shall be <br />supported by a bond guaranteeing its performance. The City <br />may require the agreement to be recorded. <br />"Section 30.114 When a soil report has been prepared, <br />this fact shall be noted on the final map, together with <br />the date of the report and the name of the engineer making <br />the report. <br />"Section 30.115 No building permit shall be approved <br />for construction in any subdivision, where a soil investi- <br />gation is required by Section 30.112 of this article, until <br />the investigation has been approved by the City Engineer <br />and the person applying for the permit has agreed that all <br />action recommended by the investigation shall be incorpora- <br />ted into the construction of each structure proposed to be <br />constructed on the expansive or other critical soil or site. <br />"Section 30.116 Appeal may be made from any decision, <br />determination or requirement of the subdivision Committee <br />or Planning Commission made under this article in the manner <br />provided by Article VI of this chapter. <br />.'Section 30.117 It is the intention of this article to <br />provide local implementation of Assembly Bill 680 of the 1965 <br />Regular Session of the California Legislature adding Sections <br />17953, 17954, 17955, 17956 and 17957 to the Health and Safety <br />Code of the state of california as recommended in Volume 6, <br />No. 21, of the Report of the Assembly Interim Committee on <br />Municipal and County Government to the 1965 California Legislature." <br />SECTION 2.
