property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California, more particularly described as follows: A portion of Lot 10 as shown on that certain map entitled "Map of certain Lands Belonging to Redwood City Harbor Company in San Mateo County, California,lI recorded September 23, 1921, in Book 10 of Maps at pages 45 and 46 in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the common lot corner of said Lot 10 and Lot 11, as shown on said map, said corner also being a point in the centerline of the 80 foot wide right of way, also shown on said map and subsequently designated Harbor Boulevard; THENCE North 140 261 East along the easterly line of said Lot 10, said line being also the centerline of said Harbor Boulevard, a distance of 318.04 feet; THENCE leaving said lot line and centerline of Harbor Boulevard and proceeding North 720 061 56" West along the easterly prolongation of the common property line of the Lands of the City of Redwood city and the Port of Redwood city, as described in City of Redwood City Ordinance No. 1092, a distance of 40.07 feet to a point on the westerly line of the said Harbor Boulevard; THENCE North 720 061 56" West along said common property line a distance of 370.17 feet; THENCE North 25 Q 191 14" West along said property line a dis- tance of 277.87 feet to an angle point, said point also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE North 650 031 04" West along said property line a distance of 164.70 feet; THENCE leaving said property line and proceeding North 870 42' 47" East a distance of 23.03 feet; THENCE south 690 47' 5411 East a distance of 120.00 feet; THENCE South 250 191 141 East a distance of 32.03 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
