REG.ek 10/25/65-7 ORD1.NANCE N 0.11.,2,5 AN ORDINANCE CANCELLING $72,000 OF APPROPRIATION FOR WIDENING OF ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS, FERNS IDE TO '~iOODSIDE ROAD; APPROPRIATING $17,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND AND $138,511 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVE- MENT FUND FOR ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION COSTS, JEFFERSON AVENUE WIDENING, UNIT No.5; AND, APPROPRIATING VARIOUS DESIGNATED SUMS FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION COSTS OF DESIGNATED PROJECTS. THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That of the appropriation in the sum of $82,000 heretofore appropriated from the Special Gas Tax Street Improve- ment Fund for the widening of Alameda de las Pulgas, Fernside to "Woodside Road (project No. 107), the sum of $72,000 is hereby cancelled. The balance of said appropriation heretofore made shall remain appropriated for the widening of Alameda de las Pulgas, Fernside to Woodside Road. SECTION 2. It is hereby ordered that the sum of $17,000 is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund, and the sum of $138,511 is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund, for the purpose of providing funds for acquisition and construction costs for the widening of Jefferson Avenue, Unit No.5. said sums shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1965-June 30, 1966, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year July I, 1965-June 30, 1966. SECTION 3. It is hereby ordered that the following sums are appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund for costs of acquisition and construction in connection with the following designated projects: Amount Project $10,278 $ 4,903 $ 2,980 $ 7,672 $38,000 Middlefield Road (project No. 93) Farm Hill Boulevard Extension (Project No. 95) Chestnut Street (Project No. 99) Industrial~\Tay (Project NO. 100) El Camino Real-Vlliipple Avenue (Project No. 106)
