<br />Said sums shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year <br />July 1, 1965-June 30, 1966, and shall be in addition to all <br />sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year <br />July 1, 1965-June 30, 1966. <br />SECTION 4.
