<br />10/5/65 <br /> <br />" (c) <br /> <br />Poles and associa-ted structures used exclusively <br />for street lighting or traffic control. <br /> <br />"Section 11.63 <br /> <br />It shall be the responsibility of the <br /> <br />subdivider to comply with the requirements of this division <br /> <br />and the subdivider snall ~~ke all necessary arrangements <br /> <br />with the utility companies, cO~uunications companies or other <br />I <br />individuals or organizations involved in the installation <br /> <br />of said facilities. <br /> <br />"The u~cility cOl'ilpanies, coa'ununications companies or <br /> <br />other individuals or organizations involved in the installation <br /> <br />of said facilities shall cooperate fully with the subdivider <br /> <br />in the planning and installation of the underground facilities <br /> <br />in accordance with their rul~s, regulations and tariffs on <br /> <br />file with the Commission and/or their franchise on file with <br /> <br />the City Clerk. <br /> <br />"No subdivision final map shall be approved by the City <br /> <br />Council unless provision for the installation of underground <br /> <br />utilities facilities to each lot is included in the subdivision <br /> <br />improvement agreement or is otherwise provided for. <br /> <br />"Section 11.64 <br /> <br />In connection with the processing of <br /> <br />any subdivision application, exceptions or conditional excep- <br /> <br />tions may be granted to the provisions of this Division 4 <br /> <br />under the same procedures established for the granting of <br /> <br />exceptions to the provisions of Chapter 30 of this Code. <br /> <br />"Section 11.65 <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the exceptions specified <br /> <br />in Sec~ion 11.60, complete underground service for any <br /> <br />subdivision may be required in connection with the approval <br /> <br />of any subdivision map by the City." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
