(d) The trust created hereby is irrevocable by Trustor. <br /> <br />Execution of Separate Security Agreemenh Financing Statements~ Etc. <br /> <br /> 27. Trustor, upon request by Beneficiary from time to time, shall execute, <br />acknowledge and deliver to Beneficiary, a security agreement, financing statement or other <br />similar security instruments, in form and substance satisfactory to Beneficiary, covering all <br />Personal Property of any kind whatsoever which Trustor may hereafter acquire, and Trustor will <br />further execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, <br />any financing statement, affidavit, continuation statement, certificate or other document and <br />undertake any further action as Beneficiary may request in order to perfect, preserve, maintain, <br />continue and extend the security interest under and the priority of this Deed of Trust and such <br />security instrument. Trustor further agrees to pay to Beneficiary on demand all costs and <br />expenses incurred by Beneficiary in connection with the preparation, execution, recording, filing <br />and reilling of any such document. <br /> <br />Filim, and Recordin~ Fees <br /> <br /> 28. Trustor shall pay all fees and expenses incident to the execution, acknowledgment <br />and operation of this Deed of Trust, all title insurance premiums, escrow charges, filing, <br />registration and recording fees, and ail federal, state, county and municipal taxes, and other <br />taxes, duties, imposts, assessments and charges arising out of or in connection with the execution <br />and delivery of this Deed of Trust and the Obligations. <br /> <br />Counterparts <br /> <br /> 29. This Deed of Trust may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be <br />deemed an original, but all of which shall together constitute one and the same Instrument. <br /> <br /> TRUSTOR PLEASE NOTE: UPON THE OCCURRENCE OF AN EVENT OF <br />DEFAULT, CALIFORNIA PROCEDURE PERMITS THE TRUSTEE TO SELL THE <br />PROPERTY AT A SALE HELD WITHOUT SUPERVISION BY ANY COURT AFTER <br />EXPIRATION OF A PERIOD PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UNLESS YOU PROVIDE AN <br />ADDRESS FOR THE GIVING OF NOTICE, YOU MAY NOT BE ENTITLED TO <br />NOTICE OF THE COMMENCEMENT OF SALE PROCEEDINGS.
