<br />that after the public service corporation has in the first <br />ins~ance filed such map, i~ may ~hereafter in lieu of filing <br />a new map each year, revise the map on file so as to show <br />changes and extensions. <br />"section 29.52 No pipe carrying water or gas shall <br />be laid less than 30 inches below the official grade of <br />any street or alley except by permit of the City Council. <br />"Section 29.53 Any person doing business as a public <br />utility subject to the jurisdiction of the public utilities <br />permit, who operates such business within the City of <br />Redwood City pursuant to a City franchise therefor, may <br />be issued an annual permit by the City Engineer, without <br />fee, for all or specified operations of such utility." <br />SECTION 3.
