Section 406 <br /> <br />(a) Each horizontal drainage pipe <br /> <br />shall be provided with a cleanout at its upper terminal: <br />and each such run of piping which is more than lOO feet <br /> <br />in length shall be provided with a cleanout for each <br /> <br />100 feet or fraction thereof, in the length of such <br /> <br />piping; provided, however, that excepting the building <br />drain and its horizontal branches, a cleanout shall <br /> <br />not be required on any such concealed or completely <br /> <br />enclosed pipe or piping which is above the first floor <br /> <br />of the building. <br />II I (b) ,Each change of direction of horizontal drain- <br />age pipe shall be served by a cleanout if such change <br /> <br />of direction exceeds 60 degrees from a straight line. <br /> <br />...
