<br />360 <br />1-1/4 <br /> <br />and one foot below the official grade. Water leaders <br /> <br />connected to such background drainage pipe which are <br /> <br />on the outside of the building wall that abuts on a <br />public thoroughfare, shall be constructed of galvanized <br /> <br />wrought iron pipe, galvanized steel pipe, or cast iron <br /> <br />pipe for a distance of not less than five feet verti- <br /> <br />cally above the official grade.
