AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 30.5 OF, REPEALING THE TITLE HEADING OF DIVISION 1 OF ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 30 OF, REPEALING DIVISION 2 (~~30.2 THROUGH 30.25) OF ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 30 OF, ADDING ARTICLE VII (COM- MENCING AT ~ 30.100) TO CHAPTER 30 OF, AND AMENDING SECTIONS 30.9 AND 30.91 OF, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS FOR MAPS FOR SUBDIVISIONS OF FOUR OR LESS LOT, HEVISING THE SUB- DIVISION MAP EXCEPTION PROCEDURE, REVISING THE METHOD OF PROCESSING SUBDIVISIONS OF FOUR OR LESS LOTS, AND AMENDING THE APPEAL PROCEDURE THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 30.5 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. The title heading of Division 1 of Article II of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Division 2 (~~30.2l through 30.25) of Article II of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby repealed. SECTION 4. Article VII is hereby added to Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, to read as follows: "ARTICLE VII. SUBDIVISIONS OF FOUR OR LESS LOTS lISection 30.100 The procedure established by this article shall be applicable to all subdivisions of four or less lots. All other subdivisions for which final maps are not required by the Map Act shall follow the procedures for subdivisions which are subject to the Map Act. "Section 30.101 (a) There is hereby created a Sub- division Committee consisting of the Chairman of the Planning Commission, or another commissioner appointed by the Chairman, and the City Engineer and the Planning Director, or their representatives, appointed with the approval of the City Manager.
