<br />"(b) The COITh"Uittee shall, by resolution, establish <br />its time and place of meeting and shall otherwise adopt <br />such rules as may be necessary for the orderly conduct of <br />its business. <br />"section 30.102 (a) For any subdivision of four or <br />less lots, six copies of a tentative map shall be filed with <br />the Planning Department together with a nonrefundable pro- <br />cessing fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for submission to <br />the Committee. <br />II (b) The tentative map shall comply with the require- <br />ments of section 30.l5 hereof. <br />"Section 30.103 (a) The Subdivision Committee shall <br />determine whether the proposed subdivision complies with <br />the provisions of Article IV hereof. If the proposed sub- <br />division complies with said provisions, the Committee shall <br />approve, or conditionally approve, the subdivision. In the <br />event the COITh"Uittee's decision is not unanimous, the proposed <br />subdivision shall be referred to the Commission for action. <br />"(b) If the proposed subdivision fails to comply with <br />the provisions of said Article IV and is accompanied by a <br />petition for exception, the Committee shall transmit the <br />petition for exception together with a copy of the map, to <br />the Commission with its recommendation for Commission action. <br />The Committee may approve a tentative map subject to the <br />granting of the requested exception, in which case the <br />Co~aittee's action shall be final upon the effective date <br />of any exception granted, or the Committee may defer action <br />pending final action on the exception. If such map is not <br />accompanied by the petition, the map shall be rejected and <br />the subdivider advised of the reasons. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
